Day 0
We meet you at the clinic when you’re discharged. We have the prescriptions filled, the room ready, the garments laid out. You arrive to a calm environment.
Days 1–3
Critical window. Continuous monitoring of grafts, drains, pain, and circulation. Lymphatic-drainage coordination starts day 2.
Days 4–7
Wound checks every shift. Drain removal coordination with your surgeon. First short walks. We document daily progress with photos for your records.
Days 8–14
Mobility expands. Garments transitioned. Final follow-up with your surgeon coordinated. We brief you on what to monitor once home.
